1. Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
1.1 Purposes of Information Collection
We may collect part of your personal information to deliver service functions, conduct problem investigation and analysis, and continuously improve service quality. We may also collect your information in compliance with national laws, regulations and requirements from competent government authorities.
1.2 Collection and Usage Rules
To use the service functions, you need to provide or authorize us to collect information necessary for function operation, as specified below:
General Basic ServicesTo provide basic services including APP download, updates and firmware upgrades, we collect your device hardware information, including hardware serial number and system version.
Feedback & SupportWhen you submit feedback on service issues, we will collect your contact information and the details of your feedback to quickly identify and resolve problems.
1.3 Explanation of Device Permissions
Phone Permission: This permission is required to verify your device identity during APP registration, login and password retrieval, and will not be used for any other purposes.
Storage Permission (Read & Write): Required to store application configuration files, videos and photos captured when you operate the pet robot, as well as to read files for upload and synchronization.
Camera Permission: Required when you use camera shooting or video control functions.
Contacts Permission (Read Account Information): Used for synchronized account login and login status verification.
Location Permission: Requested when you bind the robot to search for devices within your current location.
Audio Permission: Required when you activate the real-time voice call function for the robot.
Device InformationWe collect device identifiers, MAC addresses and installed application lists. Such information will never be obtained without your authorization. During your use of our services, we collect device information including screen resolution for interface display, and to prevent abnormal logins so as to secure your account and system operation.
App Version Detection: We check the current APP version against the latest version to remind you of updates.System Settings: We obtain the system language to align the APP language with your device settings.Network Status: We monitor network conditions to optimize service experience.File Access & SO Files: Used to access captured videos and captured photos from device video functions.
You may revoke the above permissions at any time via System Settings - Permission Management. After revocation, we will no longer access the relevant permissions, which may affect the use of corresponding functions and services.
You acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use your personal information without your prior authorization or consent under the following circumstances:
Matters related to national security and national defense security;
Matters related to public security and major public interests;
Matters related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgments;
Circumstances necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests including life and property of the individual concerned or other individuals, where it is difficult to obtain personal consent;
Personal information voluntarily disclosed to the public by the individual concerned;
Personal information collected from legally disclosed public sources, such as legitimate news reports and government public information;
Information necessary for concluding a contract at your request;
Information necessary for legitimate news reporting;
Statistical or academic research conducted by research institutions for public interests, where all personal identifiers are removed from published research results;
Other circumstances stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
Other ProvisionsOur services are continuously updated and upgraded. If you use new services not covered above and we need to collect your information for such services, we will separately inform you of the scope and purpose of collection via page prompts, interactive processes or agreements, and obtain your consent. We will use, store, disclose and protect your information in accordance with this Policy and the corresponding User Agreement. If you refuse to provide the required information, certain individual functions may become unavailable, while other services will remain accessible.
2. Storage and Protection of Your Personal Information
In compliance with laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, and for your inquiry convenience, we retain necessary information generated or provided during your use of services. We adopt physical and logical isolation mechanisms to separate general personal information from sensitive personal information. Sensitive personal information will be specially protected with encryption and other security technologies.
2.Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, we retain your personal information only for the shortest period necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy. Your device account information, hardware information and feedback logs will be automatically deleted within 2 years. All personal information will be permanently erased upon the expiry of the retention period.

3.1 Inquiry, Correction, Deletion and Cancellation
You may submit requests for inquiry, correction, deletion or cancellation of your personal information via the contact methods specified in Section 6. We will complete the processing within 15 working days upon receipt of your request.
3.2 Withdrawal of Consent
You may restrict the scope of our collection of your personal information or withdraw your authorization at any time by ceasing to use relevant service functions or contacting us.
4. Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be published along with the new version number and effective date during version updates. For material changes to the terms, we will issue prominent notifications. After revision, we will remind you of the latest version and effective date through on-screen prompts, interactive processes, website announcements or supplementary agreements. You are required to read the updated content carefully and re-authorize your consent before continuing to use our services. For certain services, we will display revised clauses or request re-authorization directly on service pages.
5. Account Cancellation
How to cancel your account
Open the APP, tap "Mine" → "Account & Security" → "Delete Account", then select "Delete" to complete the process.
After account cancellation, all your user information in the APP will be deleted. A cancelled account cannot be reactivated, and you will no longer be able to log in or view relevant logs.
Information Deletion Timeline
From the date we initiate the account cancellation process or receive your content deletion request, it may take up to 90 days to complete the deletion of your information.

To ensure efficient processing, we may ask you to submit identity documents, valid contact details, written requests and relevant evidence. We will handle your application after identity verification.
Important Notice
In case of discrepancies between different language versions, the Chinese version of this Privacy Policy shall prevail. Your continued use of our services shall be deemed as your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
